Global Oncology Bridge enables selected U.S. insurer members to undergo surgical oncology procedures in Greece — at 30–50% lower total cost, without compromising quality or continuity of care.
"Global Oncology Bridge is a U.S.-based entity designed to connect health insurers with world-class oncology surgery abroad — at dramatically lower cost, without ever compromising clinical quality or care continuity."
Global Oncology Bridge LLC is the operational backbone of the Value-Based Pathway. We coordinate, contract, and navigate every aspect of the patient journey — from insurer engagement to post-surgical handoff back to U.S. providers.
Our partner institution is Athens Medical Center (AMC) — a JCI-accredited hospital and international training center for robotic and minimally invasive oncology, operating Da Vinci robotic surgery since 2006.
Global Oncology Bridge was developed as a capstone project within the Global Healthcare Leaders Program at Harvard Medical School — grounded in evidence, strategic leadership, and health system innovation.
Global Oncology Bridge LLC handles all contracting, compliance, and insurer coordination from within the United States.
JCI-accredited, internationally recognized — AMC holds U.S.-equivalent clinical standards with deep expertise in robotic oncology.
High-cost elective oncologic procedures: colorectal, thoracic, and urologic — for carefully selected, clinically appropriate patients.
Developed within the Global Healthcare Leaders Program at Harvard Medical School — one of the world's most prestigious executive healthcare programs.
From pre-operative consultation to post-surgical handoff — every step is structured, supervised, and seamlessly coordinated.
Patient and family meet with AMC specialists and U.S. oncologists via teleconsult. Full clinical review and multidisciplinary tumor board involvement.
A single point of coordination throughout the entire pathway — managing travel, accommodation, communication, and clinical scheduling.
Performed at Athens Medical Center using Da Vinci robotic systems by surgeons with U.S. training and international recognition.
One transparent price covering procedure, hospital stay, travel, and accommodation. No surprise billing. Full cost predictability for insurers.
Comprehensive documentation and direct handoff back to the patient's U.S. oncology team — ensuring zero fragmentation in ongoing care.
Every protocol mirrors U.S. accreditation requirements. AMC is an international training center for advanced oncologic procedures.
